Because of the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
