At Mamamuse Studio, all of our products are made-to-order. This means each item is specially created just for you after your order is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note that during peak seasons or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time (United States Only)

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 4 – 8 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time:
4–10 business days (Processing + Shipping)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

If you do not receive tracking within 6 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Mamamuse Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
